All intellectual property rights in the yyy7 platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, graphics, logos, trade names, domain names, game interfaces, and written content, are and remain the exclusive property of yyy7 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any yyy7 intellectual property without prior written consent.

In no event shall yyy7's aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — exceed the lesser of (a) the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim, or (b) ₱100,000.
yyy7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even where yyy7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
yyy7 shall not be liable for losses arising from: (i) incorrect login credentials entered by the Player; (ii) failure of Philippine payment networks (GCash, BPI, BDO, etc.) outside yyy7's direct control; (iii) internet connectivity failures on the Player's side; or (iv) any Force Majeure event including acts of God, typhoons, earthquakes, pandemics, government orders, or PAGCOR regulatory directives.
Any Player may request the closure of their yyy7 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any verified balance in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to bonus-derived funds.
yyy7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false or fraudulent information; (c) engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; (d) direction or instruction from PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory or law enforcement authority; (e) receipt of a valid self-exclusion request; or (f) where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of yyy7 or other players.
Upon account closure, your license to use the yyy7 platform is revoked. You must cease all access immediately. Where closure follows breach of these Terms, yyy7 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance in circumstances warranted by the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated by yyy7 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, verified balances will be returned to the Player's last-used withdrawal method.
yyy7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments that adversely affect Player rights will be communicated via notice displayed on yyy7.asia or via notification to the Player's registered mobile number at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
Non-material amendments — including changes required for regulatory compliance, typographical corrections, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation — may take effect without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised upon any amendment.
Your continued use of yyy7 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using yyy7 and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code, Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes as to their existence, validity, breach, termination, or consequences — shall first be submitted to yyy7's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. yyy7 will endeavor to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a complete written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, or to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for licensed operators, as applicable. Players who are unable to resolve a complaint with yyy7 directly may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its published player complaint channels.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation into Filipino or any other language, the English version shall prevail.
